This course was designed by hydraulics professionals to introduce you to the fundamental knowledge field techs will need to maintain hydraulic equipment across all industries and applications.

For experienced technicians, the course is a good remediation tool and for those technicians just entering the field, you will find that the materials provide a good overview of the major subject areas you will need to master. And if you are re-training, the course will give you a head start into this fast growing industry.

Career path: 

Hydraulic technicians are a specific type of industrial machinery mechanic that primarily work on machinery containing hydraulic technology, including forklifts, cranes and lifts. Hydraulic technicians can often begin their professional training after they complete high school. Some technicians pursue associate degrees and obtain much of their training on the job.

Pre-Requisites: 

Certain companies prefer its potential candidates to have specific hydraulic insight. Our college can conduct an Aptitude Assessment to establish whether the individual has the necessary Aptitude in Hydraulics.
